Game Ranch is a New Zealand based company owned and operated by Phil Wilson is a Master Hunting Guide (Consultant). Phil has owned and operated his businesses for over 20 years. He knows the New Zealand property, investment, wild game management recreational  business intimately and has the experience to identify the right property, investment or development for you. He is supported by business associated Mandy Napier and his wife Pauline.

Game Ranch specialises in medium to large farms/high country stations (ranches) which have farming, tourism and recreational development potential. Phil knows many of the land owners (farmers) personally and have working relationships with many real estate agents to ensure Game Ranch's clients have access to the whole of the New Zealand property market.

Confidentiality
 

Game Ranch enters into every transaction on a strictly confidential basis with its client. If it is necessary to obtain third party services to assist with its operations then that third party will also be required to maintain the confidentiality. Any Farm and Wild Game/Recreational Development Plans produced by Game Ranch belong to the investor/farmer. It is up to the client whether any information whatsoever contained in them is made available to any third party.
